This Personal Use License (“License”) is granted to you (“Licensee”) by the Licensor for the digital product identified above (“Product”). By purchasing, downloading, or using this Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms herein, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable only in the event of a material breach, to use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Termination

6. No Warranty

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.
