COMMERCIAL USE (LIMITED PLR) LICENSE

This Commercial Use (Limited PLR) License Agreement applies to the

This Commercial Use (Limited PLR) License (“License”) is granted to you (“Licensee”) by the Licensor for the digital product identified above (“Product”). By purchasing and downloading, or using this product, you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms herein, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable only in the event of a material breach, to use the Product for commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY:

Use the Product in commercial projects
Use the Product in client work
Modify, edit, or customize the Product
Combine the Product with other works
Use the Product in digital or physical end products for sale (including reselling modified/derivative versions as your own product)
Sell or distribute modified versions to end-users

3. Prohibited Uses

You CANNOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original unmodified product as-is (or without meaningful modification)
Sell or transfer Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resale Rights (MRR), or any resale rights to your customers
Offer the original Product as a standalone freebie or download
Claim copyright or trademark over the original unmodified product
Allow third parties to extract or reuse the original product separately
Use the Product in any illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful manner.

4. PLR Clarification

This is a Limited PLR License. You may modify/rebrand and resell derivatives as your own, but customers receive end-use rights only—no editable source files, resale rights, or PLR rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All original rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with CREATIVE DOLIVERSE. This license grants usage rights only—no ownership transfer.

6. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use, sales, and distribution of the Product and destroy all copies.

7. No Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to any claims from your customers or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, modification, or distribution of the Product.

10. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.

By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
